The product itself is great, I have been using the cleanser for years I absolutely love the way it smells and how it makes my skin feel. But the customer service is honestly just as good. I accidentally placed a duplicate order AND forgot to use a discount code I had �♀️ and I emailed them to ask for help. The next day they cancelled the duplicate order and refunded me the discount amount too! And I didn’t have to sit on the phone for an hour or jump through a bunch of hoops. Much appreciated.
