severe and chronic acne

"My skin no longer burns and turns red instantly after washing it. My skin feels clean, fresh and moist after washing instead of tight and dry. I have severe and chronic acne, I’ve had it since I was in my early teens and have tried everything from acutane to proactive with very little success. I have since been diagnosed with rosacea and my skin is easily irritated and gets very red and itchy if exposed to heat or if I consume red wine (booo) or sweat extensively. I have been on antibiotics and topical creams forever.
