BEAUTIFUL MICROBIOME

I had unsuccessfully tried oil cleansing in the past, but after doing some research, I realized that some of the oils I had been using were making me more prone to clogged pores. CRUDE is one of the only brands that works for me. My skin is dry and prone to hormonal breakouts, but using the Everything Oil, Bloom, and Detox mask have been a fabulous addition to my skincare routine. My skin is calmer and more moisturized, and breakouts seem to be less severe. I love that Denise educates everyone about the skin's acid mantle and microbiome and explains why oil cleansing is so nourishing for your skin. After reading this, I've limited soap in my shower routine and improved my eczema using soap-free cleansers. Can't wait until the body wash comes out! :)
