CRUDE is seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead our operations. The right candidate is focused on the customer, possesses a sense of urgency, and drives results collaboratively. You are in a hands-on position, responsible for all manufacturing operations from raw material to finished goods, ensuring safety and quality control, on-time performance, and productivity. 



Business Operations

  • Lead operations to support overall company goals, strategic directives and order fulfillment

  • Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement in the production of our product and customer fulfillment 

  • Responsible for sourcing raw materials and optimizing cost from suppliers

  • Ensure the development, implementation and control of operational budgets, plans and performance standards 

  • Drive established relationship with wholesale accounts to support and grow this channel of business 

  •  Ensures shipping fulfillment level standards are met or exceeded 

  • Ensure that all quality system policies and procedures are followed and improved where appropriate to make sure all products delivered to the customer meets identified requirements

  • Ensure that concepts and techniques are utilized throughout the manufacturing operations to optimize costs and maintain product quality and consistency 

  • Develop ongoing strategies from reducing cost, and time, while maximizing quality.

  • Ensure product quality through testing and support 

Leadership and Process Improvement

  • Oversees operation manager and training for production and operations team

  • Ensure the development and deployment of a safe and healthy work environment including proper training in safety practice



  • 5-8 years of manufacturing management experience ideally in personal care products or food and beverage manufacturing environment.

  • Hands-on experience working with batch processing manufacturing involving complex formulations and short shelf-life materials.

  • Track record of making excellent business decisions using data and analysis based on strong financial and measurement skills to optimize costs 

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze operating information to make systematic improvements to manufacturing and fulfillment processes

  • Demonstrated understanding of plant financial reporting, including operating budgets, income statements, balance sheets and cost reports.

  • Business oriented experience and skill set; notably P+L expertise, cross-functional leadership, vendor management, order fulfillment, customer service, etc.

  • Demonstrated ability to foster a leadership environment and a collaborative work environment

  • Ability to work effectively in an environment of constant change and makes decisions promptly even under ambiguous or high-pressure situations

  • Excellent project management skills and detail orientation
